Unit are course directors for the Master Course ”Building Design Lab” at Chalmers University of Technology in Göteborg. The course targets the understanding and use of natural light in a generic office building. The project work will include several softwares to generate climate simulations as design criteria for the office building and especially the facade.

Through the agency of the software Grasshopper we have designed a big lamp for our new office. The lamp is constructed by putting together 103 individual parts that have been laser cut from 3 mm birch ply wood. The pieces have been put together without glue. Utveckling av fastighet   2010 – 2011

Den centrala fastigheten i Sala centrum rymmer idag ett Folkets hus samt en tidigare KF-butik. UNIT fick i uppdrag att utveckla fastigheten så att den kan rymma bostäder istället med möjlighet för någon kategori av äldreboende.

Volymstudier med följande detaljstudier ligger till grund för en ny detaljplan som möjliggör en dubblering av byggrätten .
